How do I enquire about a party?
You can book your party by calling us on 01614414602 or 07958262691, by emailing us directly at info@pamperpartyforgirls.co.uk, or by filling in our booking form. We endeavour to get back to you with 24 hours of your enquiry.

What if I want to go ahead with a booking?
In terms of the booking process, we ask that you fill in a booking form which tells us a bit more about you and any special requests or requirements you may have, and for payment we ask for a £50 deposit and the party balance to be paid no less than 5 days before the date of the party. Once the deposit is received and we have the booking information form, complimentary party invitations will be sent out in the post. We also send out ‘Information for parents’ which we ask is given to all parents/guardians with their child’s invitation so that we can be sure our treatments are safe and the risks of any child having any kind of reaction to our products is reduced.
Booking deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind or decide to cancel the party. If you change your mind about a booking date we would be happy to help you reschedule to a more suitable time and date.

How can I pay?
We accept all major card types, bank transfer, cash, and cheques with a guarantee card. If you wish to pay by card, we can take payment over the phone or via email with one of our secure card payment forms. We never store any of our customer’s card details and are fully PCI compliant.

Where is Pamper One Salon?
We are based at 18 Bramhall Lane, Stockport, SK2 6HR. Bramhall Lane is just off the A6 through Stockport, a stone’s throw away from The Blossoms Public House.

Can I have a party at my home?

Yes! Our house parties are very popular and mean you can enjoy all of our pampering services in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue. We decorate your home/venue with pink throws, our manicure table, fairy lights, and foot spas, ensuring that all the spa essentials are in place and make for a fabulous pampering experience! Depending on your location, we may charge an additional fee to cover our travel and staff costs to your venue.

How long will my party last?

The party time itself depends on the treatments booked and the amount of children attending the party. An average, a party of 8 with 3 treatments per child takes around 1 hour and 30-45 minutes to complete. We don’t rush our treatments and like to make sure we spend time talking to the girls and making them feel special. A party of 5-6 children will usually take around 1 hour and 15-20 minutes, and a party of 9 or more can take from 2-3 hours depending on treatments.

One or more of the children cannot have a certain treatment in the package I have chosen, can they have something else?
Absolutely! Please let us know in plenty of time though if one or more children need something in the package changed. We are happy to discuss alternative options with you.

Do I have to stay with the children during the party?
This is entirely up to you. All of our staff are DBS checked and have plenty of experience working with children. You can leave the children and pop out for a coffee or to run errands, or stay in the salon to enjoy watching all the girly pampering. Whatever you decide, we must advise that the children are the responsibility of the parent or adult in charge at all times during the party.

What about allergies or medical conditions and treatments?
We send out a ‘Pamper Information for parents’ sheet with all our party invitations which we ask is given to all parents of party attendees so that we can be sure our treatments are safe and we reduce the risks of anybody having any kind of reaction to our products. We must be sure that all parents have been given a copy of this prior to the party and as such, we will ask the adult in charge
at the party to sign confirming that all parents have been given the opportunity to read the pamper information and let us know about any medical conditions or allergies their child may have that could affect their treatments.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damages or costs suffered or incurred by our clients during a pamper party if we have not been made aware of any special requirements we need to cater for, or any medical conditions or allergies a child may have which could affect their treatment.

Do I need to arrive early for my party?

No. We kindly ask that parties arrive on time and try not to get to the salon too early. We book our parties in at set times with enough space in between bookings for a full salon clean and tidy, and foot bath water change. When you arrive we aim to be ready and waiting to get all the fun and pampering started immediately.

Do you offer any entertainment for waiting between treatments?
Most girls simply like to enjoy their time in our luxury foot-spas and a gossip with the other party-goers whilst the other children are having their treatments. However, we do offer a selection of girly party games including a tailor-made lucky dip, pass the girly parcel, pink piñata’s, and pin the horn on the unicorn. These can be purchased from us at a small additional cost.

What about food?
We can provide food for your party at an additional cost. We also allow you to order in pizzas or other take-away food to the salon for consumption in between the pampering. Birthday cakes can be provided by us at a small additional cost, or bought in by you for consumption during the party.

Please note that if you opt to bring your own food, you must also supply any napkins, cutlery, paper plates or extras you may need to consume the food on our premises. We also cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery times, ordering problems, dietary requirement’s or allergic reactions caused by food items not provided by us. We are, however, happy to dispose of any rubbish on your behalf.

Can you give me more information about the limousine parties?
Our limousines carry up to 8, or up to 13 passengers. This includes any adults wishing to travel with the children on the way to the salon. For insurance purposes we cannot allow any more than 8 people to travel inside the car with the 8-person package, or up to 13 with the 13-person package. Many parents opt to travel directly behind the limousine to the salon meaning more children can travel in the limousine. Our limousines are provided by a professional, reliable and family run company, with whom we have a great relationship with. This means we can offer our limo parties at great prices which are passed directly on to you.

Where will the limo pick up the children?
The limousine can pick up from your choice of location, school pick-ups are very popular, but we also collect from home addresses, local restaurants, community centres and local meeting points.

Can the limousine do multiple pick-ups?
Ordinarily no; we ask that all children are picked up from the same location as this makes the journey to the salon as smooth as possible and means that the children can have the maximum amount of pampering time possible. In some circumstances it may be possible to cater for multiple pick-ups but this may incur an additional charge.

Is the limousine journey one way only?
Yes, with the standard package price the journey is just to the salon. We can provide return journeys at an additional cost, please ask about this when you make your enquiry. If your limo journey is one-way, we ask that parents collect the children from the salon after the party has finished.
